I took my new Mizuno Wave Sayonara 2s for a run this morning. since I did the half marathon yesterday it was just a 4 miler just to get all heated up as well as then stretch. I usually wear the shoe that is one step lighter than this one, however I did like the feel of these.
And now that the weekend is over it’s time to get back on the wagon. Donuts are a thing of the past… (or Saturdays in the future)
Breakfast was eggs. I like that F3 foods has so many egg choices for breakfast.
Lunch was likewise an F3 foods meal – the poultry Stir-fry is my preferred lunch so far. I put it on a salad for volume eating.
This was the Roasted poultry Pecan salad from the other day. just one more picture of the power of putting something on greens.
